About the Author
Michael S. Fenster, MD, “Chef Dr. Mike,” is The Food Shaman. Dr. Mike is a board-certified interventional cardiologist and professional chef. He currently holds joint faculty appointments at University of Montana College of Health Professions and Biomedical Sciences and Missoula College (part of U. of Mt.) Culinary Arts Program. He travels the world cooking and lecturing on food and health.
